💧 Turf Removal Rebate Details:

  • Rebate Amount:

    • $2 per square foot of turf removed or

    • 75% of total project costs,

    • Whichever is less

  • Maximum Rebate: $5,000 per property

  • Minimum Area: 500 square feet of turf must be removed to qualify

✅ Artificial Turf Allowed:

  • Up to 1,000 square feet

  • Note: Your entire landscaped area must still meet a 30% plant canopy density, calculated separately for the front and back yards

🏠 Eligibility:

  • Your property must be within the Town of Queen Creek municipal boundaries
